• I will provide you with some shopping guides.
• 9:30 am: We will walk to Sprouts

On this tour we will discuss what foods you are most interested in learning about. Then we’ll walk around the store to discuss labels, how to read them and understand what information is and is not being provided. You will learn how to make the healthier decision for you and your family.
